How to identify true identity of someone using their yahoo user ID?

my friend has been constantly harrassed and get nasty ym's from tiger_man852000. i would like to find out who he is and tell him to leave her alone. Thank you.How to identify true identity of someone using their yahoo user ID?
im sorry yahoo doesnt give out true identitys of people because they dont know. you could just have your friend report the person to yahoo and then block/ignore them from being able to talk to you.How to identify true identity of someone using their yahoo user ID?
i think there is no way to find out who he really is because you could always make a yahoo account and can put names of others and not your real name. tell your friend to change account to avoid the one harrassing her
In the older days of yahoo chat, i believe it was possible to view a user's aliases. However, with all the privacy features, I don't think you can. The best solution would be to report him for abuse. abuse.yahoo.com. Be sure to have your friend include a copy of the message in the complaint. Also, have your friend place him on his/her ignore list. The next message that is received, just click on ignore (should be a button at the bottom of the IM window).

A doctor uses a HIV PCR test to screen for HIV and claim that there is no window period. Is that true?

A lot of Doctors in Taiwan claimed HIV PCR test detects the virus itself rather than the antibodies. Therefore there is no window period. He said that is because if one is exposed to the virus, it will be in their system. So this is the best and most accurate test without a window period. %26lt;--- From my understandings is that you have to get an antibody test after the window period (usually 3 months) and then if your results is positive, they then test you again with a HIV PCR test to see how much virus is actually being produced in your body. I also learned that using HIV PCR test to screen for HIV is not good because during the window period the virus might have not produced much, so might not be able to be detected. Can someone please confirm me is the HIV PCR test in Taiwan used accurately?A doctor uses a HIV PCR test to screen for HIV and claim that there is no window period. Is that true?
It's true that a PCR tests for the virus itself - whereas the Elisa %26amp; Western Blot test for antibodies.

Antibodies can take 3 weeks to 3 months to show up in the blood, (some states still call for a 6 month wondow period.)

There is a window period of sorts for the PCR test though. If you were to become infected tonight, you would not have a positive PCR tomorrow. I think it takes between 7 - 14 days for the virus to reproduce enough to get a detectable PCR test.

I know a few doctors in the U.S. who also use PCR tests rather than standard antibody tests.

Is it good or bad? I think it all depends on how comfortable the patient is with the information %26amp; when they last may have put themselves at risk.A doctor uses a HIV PCR test to screen for HIV and claim that there is no window period. Is that true?
The best way to confirm whether or not you have HIV is to get tested for it every 6 months.
There is a window period for HIV. When someone tests positive for HIV, they usually conduct confirmatory tests (PCR/western blot is usually one of them). Majority of people who are positive will test as positive in the first 3 weeks following exposure. They use 3 months as the window period because approximately 96% test positive in that time frame. To be absolutely sure, test in the 6 months following time of exposure.

Is it true that esctacy was used for horses before a race?

It was a form of amphetamine. But it had nothing like the effects of esctasy. The race horses were to valuable to risk using a drug as unpredictable as esctasy.

Even if it had been around at that time.

It was used up until dope testing in racing became more sophisticated and heavy penalties were applied to all involved. Is it true that esctacy was used for horses before a race?
yeah, but it wasn't the same stuff that is being used now in this day and time.

Yeah he was, but he had to stop because his face started melting when in contact with saltwater.

Is it true that the TIE we wear was used as napkin in its early days of invention?

    Necktie Down the Ages

Believe it or not Croatia is the mother country of the modern necktie but archaeological evidence of the use of neckties goes back to the Chinese and the Romans almost two millenniums back.

Around the year 1635, some six thousand soldiers and knights came to Paris to give their support to King Louis XlV and Cardinal Richelieu. Among them were a great number of Croatian mercenaries led by a ban, or Croatian viceroy.

The traditional outfit of these Croats aroused interest on account of the unusual and picturesque scarves distinctively tied about their necks. The scarves were made of various cloths, ranging from coarse material for common soldiers, to fine cotton and silk for officers. This elegant ';Croatian style'; immediately enamoured the French, who were delighted by the new article of clothing, which had been previously unknown in Europe.

The fashionable expression, 鈥檃 la croate鈥? soon evolved into a new French word, which still exists today: la cravate. Many experts believe the French word for tie, cravat, is a corruption of ';Croat.'; In fact, French kings maintained an elite regiment, the Cravate Royale, until the French Revolution of 1789.Is it true that the TIE we wear was used as napkin in its early days of invention?
i am not sure as if it were used as a napkin but early symbolist stated that it was used as a sexual sign or garment gesture by men to communicate their sexual needs to women. it is said to have that design (slender at the top and with an arrow like bottom) to point towards the male libido. not sure if it is true but based on research that is what is reportedIs it true that the TIE we wear was used as napkin in its early days of invention?
no it was originaly a cravat worn by mercenaries
All I know is that its purpose is to hide your buttons.

Is it true that the human brain only uses 10% of its total capacity?

i have heard that if the human brain uses even 50% of it's total capacity we can do some amazing things like even levitate with the power of will and even move objects with the power of will..is this possible or is it just a myth? please answer=)Is it true that the human brain only uses 10% of its total capacity?
The ';only ten percent'; thing comes from the fact that we're only using a somewhat small percent of our brain at any single moment. This doesn't necessarily mean that we aren't using everything we've got because the brain is compartmentalized. We don't need it all at once because we aren't doing the thousands of things we're capable of all at the same time. Various different parts are tasked with different actions. One part is for creative thought while another is for processing memory. Still others handle various motor functions. We tend to think of brain power in terms of a total percentage of potential, when in fact it's a very large number of smaller parts adding up to a whole. In fact, the most amazing thing about the brain is how much of it is actually just memories and self regulation. There's a lot going on in the background that we're not even aware of. Basically, at any moment we're using only what we need. Some people may be wired up a little differently, resulting in more power being available for certain tasks but this seems to result in deficiencies elsewhere. For instance, many geniuses in history have been described as amazingly awkward socially. Others have had sub-standard physical coordination. This seems to be a result of the brain allocating too much to one task at the expense of others. As far as psychokinesis and such, I doubt it is possible. If it were, we'd probably see a lot more of it given the fact that there are seven BILLION people in the world. I can't think of many physical abnormalities or specialties that are as rare as a few in a billion. Is it true that the human brain only uses 10% of its total capacity?
    It's not true.

It's a myth founded on what a crazy scientist did once. He removed parts of the brains of rats, and as they could still eat, sleep, and walk, he deduced that they only use a small percentage of their brains.

It's been disproven, but it's still a tale told often. Also, neural activity is hardly measurable outside the skull, and even if we were to us our brain to full extent, it's doubtful that we will be able to move objects or anything of the sort.
When you ask The Question: “Do we use only 10% of our brains?” The arguments start! Some would say: There is no scientific evidence to suggest that we use only 10% of our brains. In other words, the statement, ';We use only 10% of our brains'; is false; it’s a MYTH. We use all of our brain. Others would say: We probably use less than 10% of our brain. There is no scientific evidence to suggest that we use 100% of our brains. So, who is right? I would say neither, because the question itself was incorrectly asked. If you ask an inappropriate question, you will certainly get wrong answers. The correct question that must be asked is: “How much of our brains do we use properly?” No arguments here. It is obvious that we use less than 10% of our brains properly. Until now, only one person was able to use his full brain capacity when he said: “I already understand everything from my brain! I have no trouble understanding him when he whispers to me and tells me to burn things!”
I asked a similar question before.

They used to think that was true years ago but now they realise its a load of crap!

Think about it, if your in an accident and injure ANY part of your head there will be problems! So where is this 90% that we are not using? we must be using almost all if not all of our brain!
Dude, don't believe everything you hear. It's likely a myth, because there's no scientific evidence for that. Just because it can happen in comic books, doesn't mean it'll happen in real life.
no that was some ridiclous thing someone propesed humans use their full brain capacity.

question how does having acess to greater neural connection allow you to defy the laws of gravity?
I've read the 10% theory too but clearly that is wrong. Just read the answers you got-proof of the over estimate. . .
Lets all go have a lobotomy. Great!
    No!!!!
Well i heard that Einstein only used 8% hmm....

    you should google it!=D
nah its more like 5 %
