I just started this beginners AMPED series, the amped cardio is 41 minutes....it will proll take me a couple more times of doing just this video to get all the moves done correctly but anyway...has anyone else had true success using these series? I take in 2000 calories a day and thats with low fat, low sugar, low carb food...I have to burn 2500 calories just see some weight lose...which means I would have to workout all day. I'm a single mom with a kid who has a life outside of working out at the gym with mom.....Has anyone had true weight lose using Billy Blanks AMPED Tae bo?
