Presumably you have to pay an administration fee of something like $50.00 first before you actually receive your prize. This sounds like a common scam that is intended for suckers.
It didn't seem possible but one of my friends sent the $370 processing fee so she could collect her winnings. I asked her how she could win if she never entered. She was so shocked when nothing arrived. /
LOL I get crap mails like that all the time just ignore and delete them.
