I really do think so, because my friend had a problem with the limited texting on her phone and she thought they didn't give her her 500 mintues so she went in and they showed her every single message and the day she send it and the time and to who she send the message to. I';m not sure if every phone company does itI've heard that the phone company your using can view the text messages you send. Is this true?

Nope, not true . I work for a cellphone company so I know 110% that no one in this industry can. HOWEVER, if it is court ordered with a supena (sp?) then YOU will be able to have access
