Yes it is true.





A yeast infection occurs when natural bacteria on the outside of the vagina somehow manage to find their way inside. It is not because you are dirty, although it is common sense to wash regularly with mild soap.


It is not a big deal at all if you get a yeast infection, and all you have to do is go and buy some drugs from the local chemist. It will clear right up.





It has been suggested that using harsh deoderants, wipes, and cleansers 'down there' also contributes to the likelyhood that you will get a yeast infection.
